Met with the job captain to do the pre-drywall inspection. Everything looked very good. Construction is on schedule. Closing on August 8th. You can move in that evening (Friday) or Saturday morning, August 9th.
We will be adding automated sprinkler system, and combined with the inclusive landscape maintenance, this will be a wonderfully easy home to enjoy.

I walked from Bradford Hall down the road to the home - took just a few minutes - no more than 400 yards to your private clubhouse - pool, gym, lounge, etc.
